• Conduct your own due diligence before purchasing a practice, hiring a candidate, or accepting a position
• TPSR is not a party to any transaction between members
• TPSR assumes no liability for the accuracy of listings or outcomes of transactions

Community Standards

• All listings are subject to review and may be removed at any time
• Members can flag inappropriate or suspicious listings for admin review
• Spam, misleading information, or fraudulent listings will result in removal and possible account suspension
• Be respectful and professional in all interactions

Listing Rules

• Listings expire after 90 days
• One active listing per category at a time
• Contact information you provide will be visible to all members
• TPSR reserves the right to edit or remove any listing
