When you submit stories, listings, or other content to TPSR, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
You represent that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to edit, remove, or archive any content that violates these terms or community standards.
TPSR is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for free members is $0).
